Ms. Kim Duncan, MAEd
Education Specialist
An educator since 1998 with a Master's degree in Educational Administration and membership in multiple professional and academic organizations, Ms. Duncan combines real-world teaching experience with research in childhood development to help parents navigate educational matters.
As an activities sponsor and athletic coach for almost 20 years, she has built rapport with students in and out of the classroom, building student strengths and experiences to bridge achievement gaps and instill a sense of grit, a precursor for success.
She has served as a working member of the Arizona State Education Standards in English Language Arts, and has been part of the AdvancEd (now Cognia) school accreditation team.
A collaborative leader on campus and an integral part of curriculum design and textbook adoption committees, she continues to mentor teachers as well as advise homeschooling parents.
